### **Position Summary** Pollak Distributors is seeking an experienced, results\-driven **Warehouse Manager** to oversee and optimize our daily distribution center operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall productivity, safety, and efficiency of the warehouse team, managing everything from receiving and inventory management to picking, packing, and fleet dispatch. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who balances tactical, hands\-on floor management with strategic data analysis to keep our supply chain moving seamlessly. ### **Core Responsibilities** * **Team Leadership \& Development:** Supervise, mentor, and schedule a team of warehouse personnel (including stockers, order selectors, and forklift operators). Foster a culture of accountability and high morale. * **Operational Efficiency:** Streamline receiving, picking, and shipping workflows to maximize throughput and minimize order cycle times. * **Inventory \& Space Management:** Partner with inventory control to maintain 99\.9% stock accuracy.
