**Job Overview** We are hiring a Director of Finance (CPA) to lead the review and reconciliation of historical accounting records, strengthen day\-to\-day financial operations, and build financial systems that support continued growth. This hands\-on leadership role works directly with ownership to improve financial accuracy, internal controls, and decision\-making. Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is required to communicate with our team, explain financial findings, and support daily operations.
