Location: Hume Headquarters (NYC) Reports to the CEO **About Hume** -------------- Hume AI builds emotional intelligence infrastructure for voice AI. As foundation models get better at talking, the hard problem becomes whether they understand people: tone, intent, frustration, delight. Hume sits between foundation models and the applications built on them, giving AI labs and enterprise teams the tools to measure, train, evaluate, and observe the emotional quality of their voice AI. Our platform spans API products (including our Expression Measurement API), data solutions, and Kairos, our RL training platform, alongside evaluation and observability tools like the RWVEQ benchmark and EQ Observability.
