Competitive Pay based on knowledge and experience.** **Description** The primary role of the Operations Supervisor is to supervise the day\-to\-day activities of the operations staff. **Essential Responsibilities** 1\. Supervise the staff and collections of refuse and recycling for an assigned area. 2\. Ensure the adherence of company work and safety rules. 3\. Maintain a safe working environment for all employees by creating and supporting a safety\-first culture. 4\. Work in conjunction with customers, ownership, maintenance, customer service, dispatch and sustainability departments to ensure seamless customer interactions. 5\.
