**Job Title: Production Manager** **Location: Lockhart, TX** **About the Role** As the Production Manager, you will oversee daily production operations to ensure safe and quality products are delivered to our customers, and a safe work environment is provided for employees. You will be expected to ensure appropriate plant staffing levels, operational efficiency, and supporting a One Tribe mentality to hit all operational goals and KPIs. You are the liaison between plant staff and operations leadership. You will work collaboratively with the Zieggy Leadership Team in making decisions benefiting our tribe, our customers, and our community. Our tribe members are the heart and soul of Ziegenfelder. Your skills as a leader will positively inspire, influence, and engage the Lockhart, TX tribe to feel valued, motivated and part of the Ziegenfelder family.
