### **Assignment Overview** * Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs * Hours: 36 hrs/wk * Start Date: Oct 12, 2026 * Length: 13 weeks * Openings: 1 ### **Description** American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a night shift assignment at a Level 3 Trauma Center, requiring Heparin experience and an active Iowa or compact RN license. ### **Details** * Med/Surg unit specializing in Medical/Nephrology patients * Located within a Level 3 Trauma Center * Night shift, 12\-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM * Every other weekend required * No on\-call requirements * Floating required within the same discipline across local campuses * Uses Epic EMR ### **Requirements** * Active RN license (Iowa or Compact) * BLS certification required (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military accepted) * Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience required * Heparin administration experience required * Mandatory Reporter certification required * Valid driver's license required for consideration * Skills checklist specific to Med/Surg required * One supervisory reference/performance evaluation completed within the last two years required ### **Additional Information** * Contribute clinical knowledge and skills as part of an...
