The Senior Project Manager is a subject matter expert responsible for managing large\-scale, highly complex projects. This role involves developing detailed project plans, coordinating tasks with team members, tracking progress, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. The Senior Project Manager addresses client inquiries, resolves technical and contractual questions, and identifies opportunities for business growth among existing customers. This position works closely with cross\-functional internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
