The Deputy Director of Integrated Eligibility Initiatives will manage a cross\-functional team responsible for the coordination of MassHealth’s implementation activities for Integrated Eligibility and Enrollment (IE\&E) work tracks, including but not limited to Common Noticing Solution (CNS) and the MyServices Common Application/Portal. This position will collaborate across multiple MassHealth business and IT units to ensure implementation activities are completed timely and MassHealth business needs are represented. This position will play a key role in supporting policy and programmatic analysis and making strategic recommendations to the Director of Integrated Eligibility Initiatives and the MassHealth executive team. In addition, this position will support the modernization of MassHealth eligibility systems used by operations staff under the OneHealth initiative. This team regularly works collaboratively with program staff, vendors, other stakeholders across other MH business units, and other agencies (including the Health Connector and Department of Transitional Assistance).
