Mobile Tech Repair is looking for an **Operations Lead** to help our team stay organized, keep work moving, and make sure every customer is taken care of. This is not a “boss people around” management position. We’re looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, stays calm when things get busy, notices what needs to be done, and helps the entire team succeed.
