We are seeking a highly organized, detail\-oriented, and dependable individual to coordinate the daily logistics and administrative operations of our international export business. This position involves coordinating ocean freight shipments, communicating with suppliers, shipping companies, customs brokers, and overseas customers, maintaining accurate records, and following up on shipments and outstanding payments. The ideal candidate is proactive, an excellent communicator, proficient in Excel, and someone who takes ownership of their work with minimal reminders.
