Description: The Events Manager plays a key role in delivering seamless, high\-quality events at both the Air \& Space Museum and Exploration of Flight locations. In the events industry, the “Manager” title reflects responsibility for on\-site event execution and logistics, rather than direct people management. This is a hands\-on, shift\-based role responsible for leading day\-of\-event operations, including coordinating Wings staff, volunteers, and external vendors. Responsibilities include managing event logistics such as deliveries, traffic flow, load\-in and set\-up, troubleshooting in real time, and ensuring a smooth event close. Events Managers are part of the Corporate Events team and report to the Director of Corporate Sales \& Events. They work closely with Event Sales and Operations Manager, Facilities and other cross\-functional teams to ensure a consistent and exceptional guest experience. **Work Schedule**: **variable (shift bidding)**\* \**This position requires signing\-up for open shifts to include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
