Job Summary Bella Roma is seeking a detail\-oriented and results\-driven Italian Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing operations, supplier relationships, and inventory planning for restaurant ingredients, specialty Italian food products, and operational supplies. This role is responsible for maintaining reliable sourcing channels, negotiating favorable purchasing terms, monitoring product quality, and ensuring that kitchen teams have the ingredients and materials needed for efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate has experience in procurement, supply chain management, or restaurant purchasing, along with strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills. Knowledge of Italian ingredients and food service operations is highly desirable.
