The Project Manager oversees operational processes, project workflow, production, and quality control, with a primary focus on fencing installations. This role includes learning and applying Stand Strong Fence’s structured operational processes and completing required training. The Project Manager coordinates with ownership and the person responsible for sales to review sold projects and prepare them for installation. Compensation Incentive\-based compensation tied to individual performance. Average annual compensation is $50,000–$100,000 or more.
