**Compensation** **Base salary:** $118,000–$125,000, commensurate with experience. **Commission:** Uncapped by relationship. On\-target earnings are approximately $185,000\+, and there is no ceiling — what you close is what you earn **How the commission works:** * You earn commission on revenue from every account you bring in — not a one\-time payout at signing. * You keep ownership of the accounts you close and continue to earn on them as they grow.
