**Position Summary** The Downhole Rod Pump Assistant Store Manager supports the overall operation of a high\-volume rod pump service and distribution facility serving customers throughout the Permian Basin. This position assists in managing inventory, personnel, customer support, shop activities, logistics coordination, and safety compliance to ensure uninterrupted service to operators, production teams, and artificial lift customers. Working closely with the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager plays a critical role in maintaining inventory availability, reducing equipment turnaround times, supporting field operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service in one of the nation's most active oil and gas producing regions. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** **Operations \& Facility Management** * Assist with daily operations of the rod pump warehouse, service center, and distribution yard. * Coordinate receiving, inspection, storage, rebuilding, and shipment of rod pumps and related artificial lift equipment. * Support efficient movement of inventory to customer locations throughout the Midland, Odessa, Andrews, Pecos, Hobbs, and Delaware Basin areas. * Monitor oper...
