As Executive Operations Manager, you are the engine behind our leadership team. You keep the CEO's time pointed at donors, funders, and partners, and you make sure what our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) decides actually gets done. **WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS** Good decisions only change lives when someone follows them through. You will own the rhythm, the tracking, and the follow\-up that turn ELT and Board decisions into results, and you will protect the time of the people leading this ministry. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** * Run the ELT operating rhythm.
