Communications Specialist **Description \-** **Role Overview** HP Corvallis is seeking a highly collaborative and execution\-driven leader to manage **sitewide communications, employee forums, training programs, and onboarding experience** . This role establishes a **single point of ownership** for how the site: * Communicate with employees * Delivers employee forums (Town Halls, Coffee Talks, AEMs) Develops and onboard the workforce * The position partners closely with the **Site Program Lead, Site Council Lead, L\&D, and Recruiting** to ensure consistent, high\-quality delivery of communications, employee forums, and workforce programs aligned to site and enterprise priorities. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Sitewide Communications Leadership** * Own and manage the **site communications strategy, calendar, and governance model** * Develop and deliver: + Sitewide emails, announcements, and newsletters + Weekly and monthly communication cadence + Leadership communications (town halls, Manager Exchange messaging) * Manage communication channels, including: + Microsoft Teams channels + SharePoint / site communication hubs + Digital signage (e.g., Priscilla, desktop messaging) * Serve...
