**PURPOSE**: Primarily responsible for ensuring that the company goals and objectives are met in a timely and accurate manner. **JOB SUMMARY**: To build a good image of the company, achieve company safety and performance goals, work, and train Production Supervisors, develop programs to keep cost in line, maintain quality of linen, control production costs, meet inventory cost initiatives, and achieve employee turnover goals. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:* Provide training and follow\-up on department personnel to see that they are performing their jobs in accordance with their job descriptions. Provide daily/weekly coaching to improve supervisor effectiveness. * Work with HR Department to determine hiring, training, and employee improvement needs. * Assume the responsibility for the Production Supervisors in their absence. * Establish and approve PTO and leave schedules for the Production Supervisors. * Support KPI goals for Supervisors in consultation with General Manager. * Ensure through Supervisors that employees are properly introduced to the Company Objectives, Company Policies, and Safety Standards.
