Bobcat Plus is seeking a sales\-driven, organized professional to serve customers at our Appleton location while helping generate equipment opportunities throughout Northeast Wisconsin. This role combines inside equipment sales, outbound prospecting, used\-equipment marketing, social media lead generation, and basic customer support for our Parts and Service counters. This is an active revenue\-producing position for someone who enjoys working with customers, creating sales opportunities, and turning marketing activity into measurable results. The right person will do more than respond to incoming inquiries: they will consistently follow up, prospect, promote available inventory, and help move used, rental\-fleet, and aged equipment. **What You Will Do** Greet and assist walk\-in customers and respond to incoming Appleton sales inquiries. Follow up on dealership\-generated leads, internet inquiries, unsold quotes, and open sales opportunities. Conduct outbound prospecting and maintain an active sales pipeline.
