**Job description:** Primary role: Engage with technical and product teams in a mature Agile environment to facilitate effective Scrum practices and support consistent delivery of high\-quality client outcomes. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, proactively identify and drive resolution of impediments, support team accountability and continuous improvement, and provide visibility into sprint health, delivery risks, dependencies, and capacity. The Scrum Master will partner closely with Product Owners, development, QA, and Federal stakeholders while maintaining clear ownership boundaries between Scrum facilitation, product prioritization, and technical delivery. This hybrid\-role requires a minimum of **2 days a week in the IvoryCloud office in Rockville, MD,** and periodically in Washington, DC, at the client site.
