Analyst Intern provides entry\-level technical support to assist with the day\-to\-day operations of the hospital's Technology department. This position is designed to provide students with practical experience in a professional healthcare technology environment while supporting Technology staff and hospital users. Under the direction and supervision of Technology staff, the I.T. Analyst Intern assists with the installation, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance, and inventory of computers, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, and other technology equipment. The position responds to assigned help desk requests, performs basic troubleshooting, documents work performed, and escalates issues to the appropriate Information Technology staff member when additional expertise or system access is required. The I.T. Analyst Intern assists hospital users with basic questions related to approved hardware, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 applications, and other standard hospital technology.
