**Summary of Responsibilities** The Service Technician II plays a vital role in maintaining the quality, safety, and habitability of homes managed by FirstKey Homes. This position is responsible for completing resident maintenance requests, performing repairs, and ensuring homes remain in excellent condition. Operating both independently and as part of a team, the Service Technician II executes a broad range of tasks across multiple trades—including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general home maintenance. The role requires daily travel throughout the assigned market to complete service requests using company\-provided tools, materials, and inventory.
