**Reports to**: Director of Development **Location**: Albuquerque, New Mexico — in office\-site position **Travel**: Regular travel to New Mexico project sites; roughly 10\-20% overall, potentially heavier during active construction **Employment type:** Full\-time, exempt **About Us** Affordable Solar is a community solar developer and solar contractor based in New Mexico. We develop, build, and manage solar projects that let subscribers, from low\-income households to school districts to hospitals to state agencies, save on their electric bills without putting panels on their own roofs. **The Role** This role owns pre\-construction and construction execution for Affordable Solar’s New Mexico community solar portfolio across two phases, with each project at roughly 5 MW AC / 7 MW DC. Phase 1\.5 comprises three to seven projects targeting 2027 completion, two of which are under contract today. Phase 2\.0 comprises 13 projects now in pre\-construction, targeting completion in late 2028 and 2029\. This is a hands\-on role.
