**Job Description:** **Title:** Corporate Brand Marketing Manager **Location:** Chicago, IL or McLean, VA **Workstyle:** Onsite Mars does not sponsor visas for this role. This position is not eligible for relocation benefits The Mars Corporate brand is on a journey to elevate its reputation by growing brand awareness, building trust through storytelling, and increasing association between Mars and its portfolio of brands. The Mars Corporate brand manager will develop marketing strategies and lead initiatives to grow Mars brand foundations and accelerate trust and reputation building. This role will be part of the central Corporate Affairs global team and report to the Corporate Brand and Purpose VP. This role partners closely with Internal Communications and External Communications Corporate Affairs stakeholders. Additionally, this role needs to develop an extended network to navigate a complex set of internal stakeholders across functions (Corporate Affairs, Marketing, Insights, Legal, etc.), Segments (Snacking, Petcare, Food Nutrion), and geographies (Global, Regional, Market).
