About Rising For People Coffee Co. Rising For People Coffee Co. is a women\-owned and veteran\-owned specialty café and roastery at 121 Vesta St in Midtown Reno. We roast our coffee in Reno, source farm\-direct, and give 15% of our weekly profits to a different Northern Nevada nonprofit through our 52 Weeks · 52 Change Makers program. We are building a team that cares about great coffee, great food, and the community we serve. **Overview** You will keep our café, roastery, and online store stocked, organized, and running smoothly. This role oversees inventory counts, par levels, ordering, and receiving across coffee, food, packaging, and retail goods. You will coordinate production schedules for roasting, packaging, and prep so that every channel has what it needs on time. You will track waste and costs and work closely with ownership to improve systems. We are looking for someone with at least two years of inventory, production, or operations experience in food service, retail, or manufacturing.
