This role works closely with Project Managers, field leadership, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain project documentation, track procurement and change management, and ensure smooth communication between office and field operations. **Duties** * Assist with project kickoff, contract document review, job setup, and organization of project files and logs. * Manage and maintain RFIs, submittals, procurement tracking, issue logs, and change orders. * Coordinate with estimating, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams to support pricing requests, procurement, and project execution. * Maintain current drawings, specifications, as\-builts, and document control through Bluebeam and project management systems. * Support field operatio...
