**Job Title:** Area Marketing Manager **Territory:** San Antonio, Marble Falls, Burnet, Bulverde, and San Marcos **Reports To:** Senior Director of Sales \& Strategic Operations **Department**: Marketing \& Business Development **Schedule:** Full\-time, Monday–Friday. Salaried position. **Compensation:** $60\-65,000 annually based on experience **1\. ROLE PURPOSE** The Area Marketing Manager is responsible for building and maintaining a professional referral network across the assigned territory, driving qualified move\-in leads to Gemstone Senior Living communities through relationships with healthcare and community\-based referral sources. This role exists to be the face of Gemstone in the field: a consistent, trusted presence with rehab centers, physicians, hospitals, churches, skilled nursing facilities, home health, hospice, elder\-law attorneys, case managers, placement agencies, and other senior living communities, translating relationships into referrals and referrals into residents. **2\.
