JOB REQUIREMENTS: * High School Diploma or GED * Must have a AA certificate in Early childhood Education * 2\-year experience working with preschool age children * 25 hours of required training annually * Fluency in two languages *(English required)* SKILLS REQUIRED: * Ability to relate to children, parents and volunteers * Great organizational skills for lesson and classroom planning * Demonstrated ability to be resourceful in planning and creating activities * Capable of supervising classroom and children * Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2020 **GUIDELINES:** * Know and maintain DHR Minimum Standards * Know and maintain NAEYC Standards * Learn and maintain TEA Standards **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Work with Co teacher regarding daily schedule and weekly lesson planning. * Develop and provide effective curriculum and instruction * Provide a positive, non\-threatening learning environment * Consult and plan with co teacher * Assist in management and organization of classroom/playground materials * Assist with student enrollment, assessments and screenings * Participate in parent/teacher conferences twice a year * Other duties as required by management **Position reports to Site Manager** Jo...
