In this hybrid executive\-support role, you will asset manage an **1,100\-unit multifamily tax\-credit portfolio** alongside direct, hands\-on property management of a **10\-site commercial portfolio** (office and retail centers) with 55 commercial tenants. Reporting directly to the President, the ideal candidate possesses a strong background in asset management, deep knowledge of Section 42 LIHTC guidelines, and hands\-on experience navigating commercial leasing and tenant improvements. **Key Responsibilities** **1\.
