Speedwell Construction is seeking an experienced **Project Accountant** to join our Accounting team. This position works closely with our Project Management and preconstruction teams to manage the financial side of construction projects from award through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction accounting and be able to work closely with Project Managers to monitor project costs, maintain accurate and timely billing, and support financial control throughout the life of the project. **What You'll Do** * Prepare and submit monthly owner billings, using AIA G702/G703 forms and owner\-specific formats * Monitor project costs and identify budget variances in partnership with Project Managers * Maintain accurate cost\-to\-complete projections * Coordinate financial review of contract terms, exhibits, and billing provisions * Review subcontractor billings, retainage releases, and lien waivers * Coordinate subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and change\-order documentation within Vista and Trimble Pay * Follow up on outstanding receivables and assist with collections * Support month\-end close, WIP review, and percentage\-of\-completion revenue r...
