Description

The Software Deployment Engineer provides contractor support for the testing, deployment, fielding, and training of Army command and control (C2\) software applications. The position requires close coordination with software development, testing, systems engineering, cybersecurity, logistics, product support, and Government program teams to ensure software is technically validated, deployment\-ready, adequately documented, and successfully transitioned to operational users. The incumbent applies practical knowledge of software deployment, testing, release management, production environments, system integration, and the Army materiel fielding process as it applies to software\-enabled capabilities.
