### **Description** Waggoner Engineering, Inc. is seeking a **Site Civil Engineer** to join our team in our **Birmingham, AL or Huntsville, AL** office. You’ll have the chance to build your career while contributing to impactful solutions across the communities we serve.### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and manage civil/site projects from concept through design and delivery * Prepare and oversee design for grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout * Perform and review engineering calculations, plans, specifications, and reports * Serve as engineer of record and ensure strong QA/QC on all deliverables * Coordinate with architects, developers, and internal disciplines to support integrated project delivery * Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure on\-time, on\-budget performance * Mentor and support the development of junior engineers and designers * Participate in client meetings and support proposal development as needed ### **What you'll need** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field * Acti...
