No Relocation offered.** **Overall Purpose** The Director of People and Decision Science leads the application of economics, statistics, data science, and experimentation to complex workforce decisions. This leader will build and manage a small team of data scientists while serving as the organization’s senior technical expert in workforce decision science. **The role goes beyond identifying correlations and trends to address more complex questions, such as:** * What is the causal impact of manager quality on productivity, engagement, and attrition? * Which skills are becoming more valuable? * How can we determine whether leadership development programs are producing their intended outcomes?
