Your missionYou are responsible for the operational management of our software development and ensure that our Backend and Frontend teams can deliver reliably and with clear focus. You manage planning, capacities, dependencies, and releases and keep the entire development process in view.You lead our Development Leads and development teams both functionally and disciplinarily. You establish clear responsibilities, develop team members, and ensure that problems and blockers are identified and resolved early.You coordinate teams and tickets throughout their full lifecycle, continuously improve our development and project processes, and ensure transparent and realistic planning for all relevant stakeholders.You are the central interface between Engineering and Product Management.
