Requisition ID: 2026\-4666 Job Summary: The Program Manager will serve as the single point of accountability for all contractor performance under the for a large\-scale federal communications contract. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team delivering event support, toolkit development, research and analysis, and Resilience Challenge support to state, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) stakeholders. The Program Manager directs day\-to\-day execution of the contract and serves as the primary liaison to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). The Program Manager role requires a self\-starter, proactive problem solver and action\-oriented team player with previous experience in management consulting and business development pursuits. This position needs an individual that is committed to providing superior service, poised under pressure and has a positive and flexible attitude. This is a contingent hire position. Offers will be contingent upon client approval, ability to meet security requirements, and the ability to adhere to any on\-site requirements (which may change at contract award).
