Overview: This position supports the work of the Y by the development, organization, implementation and support of new and existing childcare summer camp, after school care, programming. Program areas include but are not limited to Teen REACH, child watch, performing arts, preschool age programming, etc. The position builds relationships with community members including parents, volunteers, school district administration, and community partners with a measurable upward trajectory of program participation and growth. This position directly supervises two (2\) full exempt program coordinators. Responsibilities: **Programmatic** * Ensure high\-qulaity community\-driven programs through innovative program development, evaluation, and ongoing training of staff. * Facilitate the organization, management, and operation of high\-quality childcare programs and establish new program activities. * Champion a culture of best\-in\-class program quality and experience in all assigned areas, including on\- and off\-site programs, community partnerships and family events. * Assure compliance with federal, state and local regulations as they relate to program areas, including ADA accommodations whe...
