**BOJ OF WNC, LLC** **Job Title: Area Director** **Supervisor: RVP or the Director of Operations** **FLSA Status: Exempt (Executive, Administrative)** **Prerequisite:**  College degree or equivalent experience  5 years of multi\-unit restaurant experience  Strong written and verbal communications skills  Windows based computer skills, Microsoft Office, and Excel  Patience, flexibility, and ability to execute job responsibilities  Position requires weekly travel **Job Responsibilities:** The Area Director is responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations in an area designated by the Director of Operations. The Area Director provides leadership and direction toward achievement of the Company's goals for sales, profit, and growth. Other duties include, but are not limited to:  Directly supervises 5\-6 General Managers  Indirectly supervises Assistant General Managers and hourly staff for their designated restaurants  Disseminates and enforces Company Operations standards that ensure the highest levels of quality, Service and Cleanliness  Reviews and monitors financial and operating performance of the restaurants; develops and implements action plans to correct inadequa...
