**OPERATIONS MANAGER – HAYWARD, CALIFORNIA** **E. B. Bradley Co.** is seeking an Operations Manager for our Hayward, California location. **POSITION SUMMARY:** The Operations Manager directs and coordinates all activities and overall functions of the Branch operations in accordance with the policies and practices of the organization. The Operations Manager role is to deliver outstanding customer service to the customer and the team, while achieving optimum efficiency, maximum profits and reflecting the values of the company brand. Job Type: Full\-time Exempt Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Annual Base Salary of $95,000 to $115,000 Bonus Eligible. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Recruits, interviews, hire, and trains new staff in the department. · Oversees the daily workflow of the department. · Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. · Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. · Develops strong, professional relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturers and ensures the highest level of customer service is provided by all Associates. · Coordinates with the Accounting Department for processing payment of bills/i...
