**Position Overview** The Senior Marketing Communications Manager reports to the Marketing Communications Director and is primarily responsible for leading integrated marketing communications across Spine, Extremities and Trauma portfolios, serving as a senior strategic partner to Product Marketing, Sales, Clinical/Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and external agency/vendor partners. **Work Arrangement** * Full\-time * Hybrid: 3\-days onsite in Alpharetta, GA **Responsibilities** This position requires an experienced marketer who can think both strategically and execute with precision – owning campaign development from insight to execution, translating the business or customer problem defined with cross functional leaders, writing creative briefs, aligning cross\-functional partners, leading agency development, managing medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) approval, production, launch, and measuring results. Integrated campaigns will support brand awareness, product adoption, sales enablement, and revenue growth across Spine, Extremities and Trauma.
