**This position will be based in South Carolina. Successful candidate will need to be willing to relocate to South Carolina. Currently the position is in Troy MI. Some relocation assistance is available for the correct candidate.** Position Summary The Internal Logistics Manager is responsible for leading all material flow activities within the ladder frame manufacturing facility, ensuring uninterrupted production through efficient movement of raw materials, work\-in\-process (WIP), finished assemblies, and consumables. This role oversees warehouse operations, line\-side delivery, supermarkets, kitting, AGVs, tugger systems, forklifts, inventory accuracy, and lean material flow from receiving through shipping. The successful candidate will establish world\-class logistics systems that support Just\-In\-Time (JIT), Lean Manufacturing, and Industry 4\.0 initiatives while maintaining world\-class safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost performance.
