This position will assess current operations, identify risks and gaps, and develop a strategic framework to guide the implementation of internal controls and audit processes across the agency. As the function matures, this position will oversee the expansion of internal audit and quality assurance activities, including the development of staff, processes, and systems to support a sustainable and scalable program.
