The Town of Milford Youth Center is seeking a part\-time **Marketing \& Communications Assistant.** This position will be responsible for digital content creation, graphic design, and managing most aspects of the organization’s Social Media presence. The person in this position will be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a small, close\-knit team, and thrive in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment. The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. **Essential Functions:** · Collaborates with the full\-time staff to develop marketing and communications plans to promote programs and events, fundraising efforts, and community partnerships. · Writes and edits content for website and email marketing efforts, including monthly newsletter. · Maintains communications with administrative team to schedule web, email, and social media updates. · Contributes to content development in collaboration with key staff (Annual Report, Annual Campaign, Program and Fundraiser fliers, etc.) · Supports media and other relevant external partner relationships as needed. · Manages most aspects of social media presence ...
