FLSA Status: Grade Level: Department: Marketing Reports To: Amanda Kernan Direct Reports: N/A Job Summary: The Marketing Specialist is a key member of the Global Marketing \& Communications team, responsible for executing integrated marketing programs that drive business growth, generate demand, strengthen customer relationships, enable Sales, and promote the Adhesives Research brand. This hands\-on role spans digital marketing, demand generation, content development, sales enablement, event planning, and internal communications. Working closely with Sales, Market Development, and Product Management, the Marketing Specialist will translate business priorities into targeted marketing initiatives that increase awareness, engage prospects, generate qualified leads, advance customer opportunities, and contribute to pipeline growth.
