Description: * Execute monthly Joint Interest Billing (JIB) close process * Bill out OEE (Operating Expense and Equipment) insurance costs * Overhead accounting for drilling, completion, and major construction projects * Create and upload journal entries including payroll, correcting, and reclassification entries * Enter and apply cash receipts * Perform monthly account reconciliations * Update allocation groups and cost centers * Handle the AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) reclass process * Process and document material transfers across field and vendor locations * Assist with joint interest partner audits and respond to audit inquiries * Prepare and post quarterly Asset Retirement Obligation (ARO) entries * Perform physical inventory counts at field and vendor sites * Support interim and year\-end financial audit processes with documentation and reconciliations * Collaborate with Operations, Land, and Financial Reporting departments to resolve discrepancies * Identify and recommend process improvements in accounting workflows * Ensure compliance with internal controls and company accounting policies * Maintain accurate and complete documentation to support journal entries and ...
