We are looking to add a Jr. Business Analyst to our team. Position Summary: The Business Analyst provides day\-to\-day operational support for a large\-scale site deployment program. This junior\-level position supports several hundred deployment locations through customer communication, training, issue tracking, testing activities, deployment coordination, and ongoing site follow\-up. This is a hands\-on, detail\-oriented role that requires strong organization, communication, initiative, and follow\-through. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing recurring responsibilities independently, recognizing when follow\-up is needed, asking questions, and taking action without waiting for each individual task to be assigned.
