**Job Title:** Vice President of Finance **Department:** Finance **Reports To:** President/COO **FLSA Status:** Exempt **SUMMARY:** The Vice President of Finance provides strategic and operational leadership for the Company's finance function and serves as a key financial advisor to executive management. The position is responsible for financial planning and analysis, financial reporting oversight, budgeting and forecasting, treasury and cash management, internal controls, tax coordination, insurance and risk management, profitability analysis, and financial decision support. The Vice President of Finance develops actionable financial insights, strengthens financial processes and controls, and leads the finance team in support of the Company's operational and strategic objectives. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following.
