During this training period, you will learn how to ensure financial success and operational excellence of a store by developing skills in sales, profitability, production quotas, customer service, and leadership. While not assigned to a store yet, you will train alongside experienced leaders, gain hands\-on experience, and develop the competencies needed to drive business results.
