This position is located in District 04/Unit 001, Bossier Parish of the Department of Transportation and Development and reports directly to the Engineer 8 (ADA\-Engineering). The incumbent exercises independent professional judgment, resolves complex technical and delivery issues, and interprets unforeseen conditions as they arise in order to maintain program objectives. The incumbent maintains required professional licensure and participates in continuing education and professional development activities necessary to support program delivery, technical leadership, and regulatory compliance.
