Our competitive edge comes from our ability to deliver seamless, integrated logistics solutions between river, rail and road. **SUMMARY** The Board of Commissioners of the Port of New Orleans (Board) regulates commerce associated with deep\-draft oceangoing vessels for Orleans, Jefferson and St. Bernard parishes. The Board has jurisdiction over 34\.5 miles of waterfront on the Mississippi River, the Inner Harbor Navigational Canal (the “IHNC”), and the Mississippi River Gulf Outlet (the ‘MRGO’) the majority of which constitutes the Port Complex.
