Tasks Your role As Growth Marketing Manager – Automation you own the automated systems that carry a user from first signup through activation to expansion – and the CRM and AI infrastructure underneath them. Our growth model is self-service and low-touch by design. That only works if the machine behind it is genuinely good. HubSpot sits at the centre of that machine, connected to product usage data, billing and our web and trial funnel.
